Combined treks with hiking and motor rides are the most common. It is up to you to choose your way of traveling in the Pamir, knowing that there is only one road in each valley and that the traffic is extremely low. Any of the paths will allow you to reach a mountain pass or other village. Your driver will meet you at your destination. Prices will be given after contacting “Pamir Guides” Factors to be considered will be - duration of travel, number of people, program and itinerary. Prices range from 40 to 100 EUR a day per person, including 3 meals, overnight accommodation, guides / interpreter, driver and transportation. As their contact with local people is excellent they will find the best Home stay for everyone to have good meals and a relaxing sleep. They will be able to organize a “banya” (Hammam / bath), for you upon arrival after a long day trek or ride. You should know that in the Pamir there are no hotels, very few restaurants (tchai-khana), all lodging and food are taken at people’s private residences. Lunch is taken in the form of picnic.
